The hotel offers great value for money with its fantastic apartment. The spaciousness and inclusion of amenities like air conditioning, washing machine, and dishwasher make for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the convenient location, within walking distance to the beach, supermarkets, Luna Park, and Aqua Splash. The friendly and helpful staff add to the overall positive experience.
Noise from the pool can be a slight drawback for families with small children.

New, clean, nice hotel. Quite close to the beach, not far away from the town center.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the value for money was excellent. The prices were very reasonable and affordable, especially considering the great location in the village. It was easy to walk to both the beautiful beach and various restaurants from the hotel. Secondly, the staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. They made sure all of our basic amenities were provided and were always available to assist with any needs or requests. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with properly functioning air conditioners. I particularly appreciated the attention to detail in ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for the guests.
No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

Everything is new or well-kept, everything clean. Large well-equipped appartments, 3 pools,1 of which is heated. Very good location, just 150 meters from the beach, and thie beach is very spacious and pleasant. A short walk from the old city - a very picturesque place with small houses, little shops ant two ancient churches. At the end of season, when other hotels are closed or almost empty, this one was still half- full and this tells a lot, does not it?
Well, maybe only the quality of kitchen knives and number of bowls. At home I am used to very good cutlery and had some difficulties here.

Our check-in experience was excellent. We arrived early in the morning and were able to park in the hotel area. The staff mentioned that our room might be ready by noon, which was a pleasant surprise. The room itself was spacious and accommodating for our group of 7. We had three living rooms, two bathrooms, and two balconies, along with a well-equipped kitchen. The pool was clean and enjoyable, with convenient hours. The breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and reasonably priced. We were also allowed to leave our car in the hotel parking area and continue using the pool after check-out. The beach was just a 5-minute walk away and had several options for food. In terms of payment, both cash and card were accepted. we had a great experience at Villaggio Hemingway.
As mentioned in the database, the hotel could benefit from hiring more cleaning staff during the summertime, especially on weekends. Additionally, the check-in process was a bit delayed and the room was not ready by the expected time.

We had very nice, bright and well furnished apartments with two bathrooms (for 6 adults). Comfortable beds, two good towels per person, the kitchen is provided with all necessary things. The hotel is not on the first line but it takes about 10 minutes max to get to the beach. In general hotel looks very clean. They have one shallow pool perfect for little swimmers, one deeper one for adults and one heated. We have not been in the hotel's restaurant since supermarket is 5 min walk and you can freely cook in the room.
We were in September and at night it was rather cold. Unfortunately there are no blankets provided in the apartment. Some staff members were surly especially the night watch. We had no apartment cleaning during the whole 10 days stay. On arrival we had to ask to wash the floor because legs got black after walking in the bedroom with bare feet. It was announced that in the apartments cleaning is provided once a week. Well, the bedsheets have been changed (you have to collect the dirty once and the cleans are given in hands) but the cleaning lady never appeared.

Very good place to stay with children, nice people, excellent beach near the hotel. There is also a local shop- Famila- when you can buy the self baked pizzas (a big one costs about 8.5 Euro) and pick a favorite bottle of wine or fresh fruit or vegetables... I recommend the bike tour around Caorle- good price for renting a bike in the hotel.
Maybe a little more attention should be paid for cleaning E.G. bathroom?

The apartment was clean and cozy, with a nice view of the sea. The staff was friendly and helpful, making sure that all my needs were met. The location was ideal, as it was a short walk to both the beach and the charming old town. I appreciated the attention to detail, with towels available for both the rooms and the pool. The breakfast, although not served in the restaurant, had delicious coffee drinks and snacks to start off the day.
Everything was great, no improvements needed.

Looking for a relaxed and fun family holiday? This place is perfect for you! Indulge in the luxurious experience with a supermarket and some great eating options next door. Take a stroll to explore the nearby historical center and unwind on the huge sandy beach with shallow waters.
The parking situation could be better and at peak hours, finding a spot might be a bit tricky.

Staff very helpful and very gentle, they help us with our broken car and allowed us to use the swimmingpools also the day in which we left the room. super! Very good location, 1 minute walk to the sandy beach. High quality equipment, spacious apartment. Luxurious air condition in every room. Very clean, towels and linen are included. When we asked for additional blankets, they delivered them.
The receptionist had quite strange attitude. When I asked her if she spoke my language, she said something like “Why should I, you don’t speak Italian either”. I was quite shocked. Balcony door in one of the bedrooms did not close at all, they stayed open all the time, also during the night. I reported the problem, they promised to fix it, but they did not, although I reported it 3 times to 2 different persons. They simply ignored me. At the time of checkout I complained about it and the receptionist said it was not her responsibility and that service staff do not work during weekends anyway. Quite shocking attitude. The bed in one of the bedrooms was extremely hard, so my wife and I preferred to sleep on sofa in the living room instead. When we came in, the gas stove was not working, and we had to wait until the handy man arrived and fixed it. Walls are extremely thin: I could hear children crying two (2) walls away in another apartment. Also, there are some devices, like compressors, mounted on the outside wall in such a way that low-frequency vibrations are practically shaking the wall, making it hard to sleep. There is very little space in the bathrooms to hang your towels; it was 5 of us in the apartment for 7 and there is only one little hanger for all towels. The apartment was equipped with a hair dryer, but it would not fit into the wall socket, so it was impossible to use it. There were 2 light bulbs not working when we came in, including the one on the bathroom mirror. I would certainly not come to the same hotel again.
